Garrett Nafzinger
Founder & Consultant
Austin, Texas
Before founding Garrett Digital in 2017, Garrett spent 16 years at the American Academy of Family Physicians leading SEO strategy, UX design, project management, and front-end development. Working inside a large national healthcare organization meant building on whatever the business required: WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, Adobe Experience Manager, and custom ASP.NET platforms.
We work primarily with therapy and healthcare practices, nonprofits, universities, and e-commerce businesses. Each brings its own constraints: mission-driven budgets, institutional approval processes, or platform-specific technical debt.
The approach is the same across all of them: stop chasing trends, focus on what gets results, and tell clients plainly what is working and what is not. No padded reports, no upselling services that do not fit the situation.
Outside work, Garrett stays current by attending SEO and web design conferences throughout the year. When he's not at a desk, he's on a bike, on a softball field, or somewhere on the road with his Labrador Retrievers.

Blake has a sharp eye for detail and a love for clean code. Since joining Garrett Digital, he has led the design and development of websites for clients across a range of industries, including Bodyartforms, Coastal Charters, the Gooding Law Firm, Firefly Therapy Austin, and more.
Based in Kansas City, he has spent over 15 years building responsive, user-friendly websites. His background spans WordPress, Shopify, custom ASP.NET builds, and front-end development. He believes great design should serve a purpose — and that functionality should never come at the expense of visual appeal.
His approach is thoughtful and methodical, with a focus on scalable solutions and clean, semantic code.
When not coding, he explores design trends or builds something custom for a client.
